One of the goals of our Metroflex Gym in Oceanside is to return the sport of bodybuilding back to its Golden Glory! Back when bodybuilding was looked upon with awe and admiration. Back when bodybuilding was a personable event… this is the atmosphere we hope to encourage… to bring the public together with bodybuilding so we can all work together! We ALL started somewhere and one of the biggest inspirations to me is when someone walks into the gym for the first time…

…. they may have fears of being judged

…. they may have no idea what they are doing

…. they may have told themselves 1000x they would do it next week

But they walked in the door and showed up that first time. If you come in that door – and you see me, walk up to me, introduce yourself. I’ll change your life.
