Flex Warrior Month Pass

Perfect for the drop-in athlete or visitor. The Flex Warrior Pass grants you full access for the remainder of the day it is purchased, allowing you to train hard and get after it. While this pass does not include after-hours access, you can utilize our facility during staffed hours until midnight daily, with the exception of Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Get your powerful workout in before the day is done!

Membership Cancellation Policy

To ensure the accurate and timely processing of all cancellation requests, and as stipulated in your Membership Agreement, all members must use one of the two formal methods outlined below. This policy guarantees that your cancellation intention is officially recorded and verified, preventing unintentional future billing.

Formal Cancellation Methods

Your membership may only be officially terminated via one of the following two procedures:

  1. In-Person Request:
    Visit the facility during staffed hours and complete a Membership Cancellation Request Form with a staff member.
  2. Certified Written Request:
    Send a formal, written cancellation request to the gym’s official address via a trackable mail service (e.g.,USPS, FedEx, UPS). The use of Registered Mail or a service that provides proof of delivery is mandatory to ensure receipt and establish a verifiable cancellation date.

Important Notes Regarding Termination

Email Requests:
Due to the risk of communications being misdirected (e.g., spam folders, failed delivery), emails do not constitute a formal cancellation request. Any cancellation attempt submitted via email will result in the member being directed to use one of the two formal methods listed above.

Telephone/Voicemail:
Leaving a message on the gym’s phone or speaking to staff verbally does not constitute a formal cancellation of your membership. Our primary focus is on direct member service on the gym floor, and we cannot guarantee timely retrieval or action based on non- written communication methods.

Processing:
Following this formal process ensures we can correctly and immediately process your request, avoiding potential confusion or erroneous future charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strictly adhere to the terms of your contract to provide the best and most reliable service.

At Metroflex Gym in Oceanside, we have the latest equipment mixed with some of the good oldies. Watson Gym Equipment out of the U.K. is where 2017 biomechanically engineered equipment meets old school training.
