We are Louis and Sabrina, a husband-and-wife team dedicated to faith, family, and the pursuit of elite fitness. Since founding this gym in 2017, our mission has been to recreate the “Golden Era” of bodybuilding, an old-school, gritty environment where the community is as supportive as it is hardworking. Louis, a former track athlete with a JD from DePaul School of Law, traded the courtroom for the weight room after discovering a deep passion for personal training. A seasoned competitor in the amateur bodybuilding circuit for over a decade, his leadership is guided by a life-changing foundation of faith established in 2016.
Sabrina is the heart of our community, a naturally outgoing “what you see is what you get” person who loves connecting with every member. Along with our three children Murphy, Jericho, and Rio, we view this gym as an extension of our home.
