We love being part of the Metroflex family! However, since each of our gyms is independently owned, pricing for memberships and day passes is unique to each location. We recommend checking with your specific gym for the most accurate pricing information.
Metroflex Oceanside is a 24/7/365 facility for our members, providing you with full access every day of the year. For non-members, tours, or general inquiries, our staffed hours are daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight.
“What kind of expertise do your trainers have?”
Our trainers are experts in high-level physique transformation, including bodybuilding prep and body recomposition. We also prioritize longevity and safety; our staff includes specialists in injury prevention who are highly skilled at designing programs that accommodate and work around injuries without sacrificing results.
While we do not offer a supervised daycare service, we are a family-friendly facility and welcome parents to bring their children along. For the safety of the child and our members, we ask that children remain in a stroller or car seat, or stay within the designated front desk area. While children are not permitted on the workout floor for safety reasons, well-behaved kids are always welcome while you train.
To ensure all accounts are settled correctly, we require that memberships be cancelled in person at our facility. If you have relocated outside of California, we accept a written cancellation request sent via certified mail. Once your request is processed, you will receive a formal confirmation of your cancellation for your records.
Guests are permitted after hours only if they have pre-purchased a guest pass and signed all required waivers during our staffed hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight). Bringing an unauthorized non-member into the facility compromises our business liability and the safety of our community. Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional fines, immediate suspension, or permanent cancellation of your membership.
While we are a family-friendly facility, any family member (adults or children over a certain age) wishing to use the equipment must be treated as a guest. This means they must purchase a guest pass and sign all liability waivers during staffed hours. Bringing family members in after hours without a pass is considered an unauthorized entry and is subject to the same penalties as any other guest violation.
