At Metroflex Oceanside, we honor the life and contributions of our partner, Paul.

Paul was a former United States Marine, an entrepreneur, and the force behind both Flex Nutrition and Flex Academy. His passion for training, discipline, and the fitness community left a lasting mark on those around him.

As a part owner of Metroflex alongside Louis Uridel and Sabrina Taylor, Paul contributed to the growth and continued development of the gym. He brought his own energy, ideas, and perspective that enhanced the overall experience for our members.

Through his commitment to training and his presence in the gym, he played a role in pushing standards higher and adding to the environment that members experience every day.”
